The service

Fleet Manager HQ helps you find truck repair shops and manage your fleet (drivers, repairs, documents, costs). Shop information and reviews come from third-party sources such as Google.

Accounts

You're responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information. One person or company per account unless you're on a Company plan.

Free trial, plans & billing

• New accounts get a 14-day free trial with full access, no card required.
• After the trial you can continue on a limited free tier or subscribe to a paid plan. Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through Stripe until you cancel.
• Cancel anytime from Settings → Manage billing. Your paid access continues until the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds: monthly charges are generally non-refundable, but if something went wrong, email us and we'll make it right.
• Prices are in USD and may change with notice for future periods.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Scrape, resell, or redistribute shop data in bulk.
• Abuse, overload, or attempt to break the service.
• Upload unlawful content or infringe others' rights.
• Share one account across a team to avoid Company pricing.

Important: shops are independent

Repair shops listed in the app are independent businesses. We do not own, operate, endorse, or guarantee them, and we are not a party to any repair, transaction, or agreement between you and a shop. Ratings, hours, prices, and AI summaries are provided "as-is" for your convenience and may be inaccurate or out-of-date. Always confirm details directly with the shop. Any dispute over work, pricing, or damage is strictly between you and the shop.

Referral & affiliate program

We may offer referral rewards and affiliate commissions. Rewards accrue only when a referred account actually pays, and only while that subscription stays active — commissions stop if it cancels. Self-referrals, fake accounts, and other abuse void all rewards. Payouts are made monthly once your balance reaches the stated minimum. We may change or end the program, or adjust rates, with notice for future earnings.

Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The service is provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We're not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including lost profits or vehicle downtime.

Termination

You can delete your account anytime from Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
